Just want to say that this was such a fun system to use, not being familiar with TTRPGs I was a little bit hesitant and unsure at first but, as a creative person with a passion for narrative, this way of playing helped me a lot to understand the basic logics of TTRPGs, and also why are they so fun and popular!
The flashback was one of my favorite features, because even though I had thought about my character's background and past, it required the improv to recall a vivid memory and it turned out into a great narrative excercise right on the spot!
I'm so glad this is out there for everyone to enjoy, super proud to be the first tester and eager to see how this evolves!!
This is an interesting SRD and I’m bookmarking it to use in the future. Its mechanics are a good balance of simple and detailed. I like the flashback concept a lot!
Thank you very much! All constructive criticisms are welcome so I can test them and maybe include them in v1.0. The flashback concept has its roots in Blades in the Dark, but it's tweaked so it is simpler and fits the game. Thanks again for your words!
Thank you! Hopefully will the cheat sheet be prettier in the future, but I added it because many rulebooks have scattered rules everywhere and I hate it. If you liked the flashback system, you can try Blades in the Dark that has something similar (Although I don't really like that game lol) Thanks again for taking the time to comment!
